PABX Call Recording
Our call recording feature includes ‘search and listen’ on the web.
Recording can be done for all calls, a percentage of calls, or on demand at the start of a call.
Recordings can be stored for up to 1 year.
Additional fees apply for call recording and storeage.
Multi Level Interactive Voice Responses
Messages for various options can be uploaded via the web interface – e.g. ‘One for sales, two for support…’
Changes to these recordings can be made remotely by dialling into the Interactive Voice Response admin access number.
PABX Busy Lamps
These indicate a busy status of other extensions. This feature is useful for PAs and receptionists who use phones that facilitate multiple lines.
Caller ID
Caller ID is available on incoming and outgoing calls. There is an option to withhold the Caller ID on outgoing calls.
Virtual Telephones
A telephone line can be logged in on top of a physical telephone to change its settings. Virtual telephones can move between physical telephones for a hot-desk environment. This is sometimes known as virtual extensions or extension mobility.
Balance Notification
Easy manage your account balance by setting automatic notifications when balances drop below a set amount.
Requests for top-ups can be set to trigger when this happens.
Insight
Our cost and usage cloud PABX reporting application gives managers and administrators a detailed breakdown of the costs and usage of each company, division, sub-division or person and can be filtered by day, month, or year.
Cloud PABX Call Screening
This feature asks the user if they wish to accept calls. Callers can be asked to record their names, their Caller ID can be played, or a message specific to call flow can be played.
Click to Dial
Calls can be made from the web interface, at the click of a mouse.
Feature Codes
Short dial codes for many of the features of your PABX can be created depending on your most used features.
Number Porting
There is no need to change your exsisting number, we can arrange to port your exsisting geographic number from other providers.
Picking Groups
Individual phones or groups of phones can be answered with pickup codes.
Vision Real-time Console
The Vision real-time console application can be used to manage and view call activity on your cloud hosted PABX.
It shows you the status of other users: available, busy, not answering and forwarded.
You can filter extensions into groups with tags, click-to-dial, transfer and retrieve calls. Ideal for the receptionist, executive PA, manager and any active PABX user.
PABX Reporting and Call History
Call logs can be viewed on the web and downloaded on a spreadsheet.
Call detail records include actual call costs.
Regular users can view their individual call history, while overall records are visible only to administrators. Access is allocated to users by their role.

Call Back
This option allows you to return a call from authenticated incoming Caller IDs.
Voicemail
The advanced voicemail feature includes external access, email notification, web access to messages, and multiple greetings (unavailable, busy, and temporary).
Greetings can be uploaded and downloaded on the web interface.
Notification of voicemails can be via a message waiting indicator, email, and outbound calling.
Alerts
This unique feature for proactive warnings can be set to alert you about long or expensive calls, telephone lines not registered, calls to destinations, potential call abuse and when maximum concurrent calls limit is reached.
Hunt Groups
Set up parallel, serial, and circular hunt groups. Hunt groups can call internal extensions and external numbers. Hunt groups include many ‘find me/follow me’ features.
Classes of Service on Outbound Calls
Classes can be set to include an individual number.
Calls not allowed can be redirected to a remote access account allowing PIN access control of calls.
Cloud PABX Conferencing
Conferences can be setup as permanent or scheduled to run at a specified time.
Customisable parameters include setting the number of participants; assigning different PINs for administrators, talkers, and listeners; and a set of telephone numbers and email addresses to notify participants when conferences start.
Conferences can recur on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly basis.
Direct dial-in numbers can route straight to individual conferences.
Number Forwarding to SIP Phones
One number can be allocated for numerous locations which is ideal for companies that have numerous branches. For Direct Inward Dialling to extensions, more numbers can be allocated as required.
Paging
The paging feature includes autp-answer on compatible SIP telephones. (works with SNOM IP phones)
Speed Dials
Speed dials can be setup per extension.
